These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Home Service Mastery website, application forms, and coaching/education program (collectively, the "Services") operated by Home Service Mastery ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, submitting an application, booking a call, or purchasing our program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Home Service Mastery provides educational and coaching content about starting and scaling a window-cleaning / home-service business, including training materials, strategy calls, community access, and support. The Services are for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide legal, financial, tax, or accounting advice, and we do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, or business result.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the program on your own. Applicants who are 16 or 17 may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must also complete any purchase and agree to these Terms on the minor's behalf. By using the Services you represent that the information you provide (including on the application form) is accurate.
Submitting the "See If You Qualify" application or booking a strategy call does not create any obligation to purchase, and does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We reserve the right to decline any applicant at our discretion.
Program fees, payment schedules, and any refund window are disclosed at the point of purchase and are incorporated into these Terms. Unless a written refund policy states otherwise, purchases are final. Any chargeback filed without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in immediate termination of access.
Any "results or you don't pay" or money-back guarantee we offer applies only where the student has completed the program requirements in good faith — including attending the coaching calls, implementing the taught methods, and doing the required outreach/door-knocking activity — and can document that effort. The specific conditions, timeframe, and proof required for the guarantee are set out in the program purchase agreement. The guarantee does not apply to students who do not do the work.
Any income figures, sales screenshots, or student results shown on our website or in our materials are exceptional examples and are not typical. They are not a promise or guarantee that you will earn the same or any amount. Your results depend on many factors we do not control, including your effort, skill, work ethic, market, and timing. You accept the risk that you may earn little or nothing.
All program materials, videos, scripts, templates, branding, and content are owned by Home Service Mastery and are licensed to you for your personal, non-transferable use only. You may not copy, resell, share, record, or redistribute any program materials without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by sharing your login or materials, harassing staff or other members, or using the Services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Service Mastery and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the program.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in [STATE].
